Cornwall House - Retreat Space with Creature Comforts
Cornwall House is named after Trustee Joseph Cornwall from the Princeton University Class of 1939, who served as a Trustee of the Center from 1972 to 1992 and as Board Treasurer from 1972 to 1984.
The Center's renovated five-bedroom retreat space comfortably sleeps 10 people and includes a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a game room/home entertainment space. There is also an outdoor grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating for those who wish to spend time enjoying the natural scenery. The large kitchen was has marble countertops, backsplash, and tile flooring and is ideal for groups that prefer to bring their own food and enjoy team building time preparing their own meals. The entire house is painted in soothing hues and decorated to provide a space perfect for reflection, renewal, and inspiration.
The house is ideal for adult retreats, including:
Professional development for school leaders;
Strategic planning;
Conferences; and
Corporate team building.
It is also available for rental for:
Family or small group reunions;
Vacation rentals;
Planning, religious, or yoga/meditation retreats;
Writer’s workshops, and
University partner use.
The rental rate is $250.00 per night (2-night minimum stay) for up to 10 people.
The weekly rental rate is $1,400 (6 nights, 7 days) for up to 10 people. If you require more space, consider inquiring about the Bolster Farmhouse, also available for rent and located a short walk away from Cornwall House.
There is a $175.00 cleaning fee, in addition to a $300.00 security deposit.
For those who want to add in a day of "adventure" (kayaking, canoeing, rappelling, climbing, and ropes courses) for 10 there is an additional charge of $50 per person (minimum of 10).
